For my first brief of the year I was asked to rebrand the UCAS stand and all the advertising material for the University of Chester Kingsway campus. I asked fellow graphic designer Rebecca Coverdale to help on this project as it was a big task and a short deadline.
After a few days of brainstorming and research we know the stand needed updating with an art twist to represent the university as an art campus and take a step away from the corporate feel of other stands.
These pictures show one of the ideas for a leaflet from the brainstorming sessions.
This is a picture of the logo that we came up with this will be used on everything from Tshirts to letterheads.
The finished stand was first displayed in London at their UCAS fair it got great positive feedback. The next step is to make a brochure and t-shirts. So the members of staff or students at the UCAS fair can really stand out and they can give a brochure with all the courses the university runs to potential students.
