Thanks for your reply to my last blog Dale.
One aspect of journey which I have been working on in the last couple of weeks is through the construction of a labyrinth - a path on which to make a contemplative journey within a relatively small space. The particular labyrinth I have set out is on St Marks Church Green, Broomhill Sheffield - this initial marking in rope is only temporary and soon to go, but I have planted it up with crocuses in the hope of a semi-perminent feature. The labyrinth is approximately 15mx17m and took about 240m of rope to mark out. Previously I have also made small labyrinths which can be held in the hand.
Starting a project I begin to ask myself questions and start to make connections. Today I'm thinking - how long is a journey?
