Printing at home on the kitchen table

My studio in Kendal is shared woith other artists, so has been out of bounds in lockdown.

Lino printing has been tricky without a press, I have discovered that the kitchen table in the rented house I am in is anything but flat!

Work I was creating for exhibitions are no longer needed this year, so I have test printed some new work and will wait to print an edition when a big press is available.

Inking up a garden themed piece for an exhibition celebrating Holehird Gardens and the Lakeland Horticultural Society. I have decided this piece needs a second plate to be cut and printed first.

This is for an exhibition celebrating Quaker values..exhibition postponed. Linoprint on handmade paper.
