88% of students attending AA2A's Self-employment talks were interested in joining a 'Self-employment' Facebook group

Once again, AA2A is opening up its annual training day to all Universities and Colleges in the UK. We will be looking at how to set up and manage a Facebook group, providing peer support for your students and graduates, who are interested in going self-employed. Issues around content, ownership, moderation, etc will be covered. This is particularly important as the DLHE survey now includes a specific question recognising Self-employment as an appropriate career. For more details or an agenda for the day please contact us.

  • Registration: 11.45am for an 12.45 start. Finish at 4.45pm. A vegetarian light lunch will be provided.
  • Cost: Non-AA2A host institutions can book at a cost of £70 per place.
