Charlie is a freelance artist and director of No Jobs in the Arts CIC, a community interest company supporting early-career creatives within the visual arts.  Charlie's experience ranges from having to fill out her own tax return as a self-employed artist, to writing funding bids and managing artistic programming budgets of up to £60k.
