Paula has been teaching in further, higher and adult education for 24 years and is actively involved in curriculum design and development. She is passionate about supporting students with the transition from full-time education to employment and delivering modules that focus on enterprise, professional practice and studio practice. Paula believes it is important to provide real-world insights to help students understand the value of their creativity and has introduced several commercial incentives for students to engage in.

Paula has a BA in Fine Art where she specialised in printmaking, and a Masters in Illustration. She continues to experiment with process, exhibits regularly and has participated in a number of print fairs and worked to commission. This experience has helped to shape the design of the commercial seminars and workshops she delivers.
