I’m a multidisciplinary educator, artist, designer and art director. Multilingualism, translanguaging and peripheral language dexterity are the orbit of my practice both as an artist and educator. My subject research is in linguistics, phonetics, autoethnography and script drawings. The physical migratory existence that is heavily reliant on lingual dexterity and the lack thereof engendering a migratory mental occupancy in the physical body. Through engaging in mixed media I’m increasingly exploring objecthood of oral sounds and articulation within the realm of multilingualism. Similarly in my higher education teaching practice I favour accessibility for those with speech impediments and language barriers that many international students may be faced with
