I am a third-year Fine Art student whose practice centres on portraiture and the study of traditional art forms. Inspired by Neo-Classical and Pre-Raphaelite artists, my work explores identity and history through refined technique and tonal depth applied within a contemporary setting. This fascination with craftsmanship has led to a growing interest in art restoration, where preserving historical works connects directly to my artistic values. Alongside this, I aspire to teach, sharing the skills and appreciation for traditional methods that shape my practice. My current project explores restoration processes and the relationship between preservation, homage, and creative interpretation.
